We are looking to recruit Merchandise Assistants to work at FESTIVALS across the UK!
Working with the Merchandise Manager you will provide a top-quality Customer Service on our outdoor events.
You will be working on various types of Festivals in all types of weather and must be able to quickly adapt to the working environment.
Responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is displayed on our stands to attract maximum sales you will also be comfortable with handling cash and card transactions in festival conditions.
With previous experience of working within customer service, retail or festival work, you will have the ability to calculate totals using mental math’s. You will be great at working under pressure in a very fast paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working on a casual, zero hours basis, you will be flexible to work either long weekdays & weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when necessary.
We are currently looking to recruit for festivals from the 19th of July until the end of September, which may result in your employment rolling over to regular work at our venues.
