Due to an internal expansion we are assisting with the appointment of an Internal Controls Analyst.
The main responsibility of the role is to contribute to the delivery of the internal controls team plan and will provide insight and assurance over the control environment within the second line. You will also work with the business to embed awareness of the control activity through strong relationships, challenge and support.
This is a controls focussed role and as such the most important requirement is that the successful applicant will have a strong grasp of risk and control and is able to articulate this clearly.
It is also imperative that they have strong communication skills so they can build a rapport with the important stakeholders as you seek to embed and deliver the message of the team across the business.
Applicants might be from an audit, risk or compliance background as long as they are ambitious and keen to learn.
Currently the team are all based from home with no return to the office planned until September. At this point, the expectation will be 1-2 days a week in the office with the rest working from home.
All interview will take place remotely.
