Property Repairs Delivery Manager (FTC)

Duration: Fixed Term until October 2022

Duties:

Overseeing the day to day delivery of property repairs through a team of skilled trades.

Responsible for 12 staff, planning and allocation of work, health & safety, quality and performance management.

Carrying out site audits, health & safety inspections, tool box talks, and vehicle checks.

Working to schedules of work and budgets, optimising resources and working to targets.

Ensuring high standards of customer services and problem solving.

Experience:

Must have previous supervisory experience and demonstrable understanding of property maintenance.

Must be able to deliver under pressure, to targets and quality standards.

Must have excellent organisational and decision making skills.

Must have good problem solving skills, take ownership of issues and the initiative to resolve.

Must have a good knowledge of health & safety and building regulations.

Must have strong computer literacy, a full driver's licence and own transport.

Salary: £34 - 40,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
