Our client is a very well-established recruitment Company employing 30+ staff with their head office based in Epsom and a smaller office based in Brussels, Belgium.
Working with one of the Company Directors and providing them with Admin support.
Managing outlook and the inbound emails.
Putting together adverts and placing them on-line on various job boards.
Pro-actively searching on-line for suitable candidates for various roles.
Shortlisting candidates for roles and putting them across the Company Director for final approval.
Updating the in-house database to ensure all candidates are correctly recorded in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Taking offer details for candidates and providing feedback to all candidates.
Excellent communication and admin skills (familiar with Microsoft packages)
Strong written skills ability to construct emails for business-to-business contact.
This position requires the ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently.
Good attention to detail and ability to retain key information.
The ability to work under pressure.

£20-25K (depending upon experience)
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
22 Days holiday plus bank holidays
