Inernal Recruitment Coordinator, Part time considered
We have an exciting new role for an expanding business based in Ringwood who are looking for a dedicated internal recruitment coordinator to support the HR Officer.
Revising job adverts and job descriptions in line with current recruitment plans
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
Work across the recruitment of multi management, administration, field based and sub contract roles across multiple sights
Use job boards to advertise roles and monitor responses
Make contact with potential applicants and set up interviews for hiring managers
Issuing of appropriate documentation
Work with external recruitment agencies where appropriate
This will be a busy, fast paced role and you will ideally have experience in Recruitment or HR Administration
You will be IT Literate
Good communication skills
Great organisational skills
CIPD level 3 would be a distinct advantage
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm
1 hour for lunch
