They are seeking a Trainee Case Manager to provide a personal yet professional, efficient and friendly service to clients, staff and panel members. Our client pride themselves on the relationships they build with both new and existing clients and strive to continue this. As a Trainee Case Manager, your main overall responsibility will be to manage the diary of Experts allocated to you and all of the administration associated with their ongoing cases.

The Role

The role will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Diary management; booking appointments and obtaining all necessary documentation on an ongoing weekly basis
  • Liaising with clients (including but not limited to solicitors, local authorities, doctors) by written correspondence including emails and by telephone
  • Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with enquiries within a specified, prompt time period
  • Booking in patients for clinical referrals
  • Providing administration support to the office and assisting the team during leave/busy periods
  • Managing allocated Expert's caseloads and liaising with clients in a timely and efficient manner to ensure deadlines are adhered to and requirements are fulfilled
  • To increase business by securing instructions, accommodating enquirer requests and following up enquiries/instructions
  • Formatting and invoicing for reports
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Ensuring all outgoing post is sent each day as well as the management and distribution of incoming post
  • Assisting in the growth of the company and the overall marketing drive
  • Any other ad-hoc administration duties as and when required

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task as this is essential for the job role
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a team as well as acting on initiative
  • Positive attitude and commitment
  • Smart presentation
  • Happy to work in an environment which has office dogs
  • Respectful, Committed, Professional and Positive approach

The Benefits

The following position will include these benefits:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch with attendance being required at a team meeting once a week at 8.30am
