WHAT IS RECRUITMENT?
Recruitment is a sales job.
Ultimately, you are selling people to people; discovering the strengths and skills in one candidate and putting them in the right company/department.
Recruitment is a commission-based role; you will get a basic salary of around 22,000 and have the potential to earn unlimited commission on top of that. First year OTE's are generally around 35k.
The skills needed include; listening and understanding, communication, relationship building and the will-to-win attitude.
You will be working long hours (around your clients and candidates) and will need to be resilient and self-motivated.
