The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company in the transport industry.
Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day logistics administration and coordinate between clients and suppliers
The Role:
- To be the first point of contact with customers and suppliers
- To deal with enquiries on a daily basis via email and over the phone
- To process and follow up the orders
- To optimize the transports cost
- To update the records on the system
- To be responsible of tanks, their location and status, reporting any damage
- To communicate effectively with suppliers, clients and different departments
The candidate:
- Fluent in English - Essential
- Additional fluency in European language - advantageous
- Previous experience in transport / logistics (ideal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Able to work under pressure and multitasks
Salary: Between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum DOE + Benefits
