· Excellent verbal and written English

· Good experience of internal communications and driving employee engagement
· Ability to synthesise complex information into simple communication messages
· Strong experience of generating engaging and creative content
· Purpose driven self-starter who is happy to work in fast paced, results driven team
· Strong relationship building skills and experience in influencing senior internal stakeholders
· Issues management experience
Desired
· Experience of supporting significant business transformation
· Experience of developing an Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition
· Strong understanding of media relations (traditional and social media)
· Experience in pharmaceutical industry, either in-house or in an agency
· Knowledge of European Codes of Practice for the promotion of medicines
· Experience of working in pan-European or global communications
