Description

Reporting into the Head of HR - Global Social Innovation & HR Business Partnering the wider global business, the responsibilities will include;

• The review, development and communication of the Company's flexible working policy, working in collaboration with the Business Continuity Team.
• Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and provide updates to the HR Leadership team to include Covid 19 guidelines across Europe, working in partnership with the regional HRBPs.
• Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is kept up to date.
• Support line managers in leading and delivering change including restructures, reorganisation, consultation, TUPE, redundancy, job redesign and redeployments.
• Work as the HR lead on office relocation projects as required.
• Work closely with management and employees to further enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers such as coaching, career development and performance improvement.
• Analyse and evaluate the annual employee survey for respective business groups, working in collaboration with the senior leadership team to support in the creation of action plans.

Profile

This role can be 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

Full time salary is up to £60K plus benefits.

You will ideally be based across the Thames Valley, Oxon or Bucks area.

Proven expereince of business partnering of HR teams and ideally R & D teams too if possible!

Experience working in a matrixed and ideally multi-national organisation.

Experience of transformation and change programmes.

Experience of redeployment of the workforce back into the office environment.

Ideally experience of office relocation.
