Tasty Mates is a new brand of gourmet sweets, hitting the shelves nationwide in 2021. Each packet of Tasty Mates has a unique flavour that portrays a personality trait in a friendship group. Ideal Sales Trainee Candidate:
The ideal sales intern will be outgoing and have natural charisma. The job will entail much face to face and over the phone relationship building.
The successful candidate will have a natural ability in sales but also a creative edge to succeed and devise new and exciting strategies to help support their endeavours.
They will be an organised person who is able to manage their own workload and time sufficiently and have a basic understanding of extracting understanding from datasets to help infer results and the best way forward.
Sales Support
Join the sales leads with regular meetings with individual sales targets.
Manage various accounts across the sales team, ensuring relationship is being maintained and growth amongst distribution.
Ensure fulfilment of online and offline orders.
Cold and Warm sales lead follow ups, both in person and over the phone.
Taking full responsibility of an area in which, they will aim to meet sales targets.
Ideal Production Support Trainee Candidate:
Team player who has strong communication skills
A quick learner, prepared to get stuck in and complete the task at hand efficiently and effectively
Personal hygiene essential, as well as a basic understanding of how to maintain cleanliness in a production kitchen.
Production Support
Involved in the daily production of Tasty Mates. From demoulding, to cleaning.
Personal hygiene at the top of the priority list when arriving at work and entering the production kitchens
Cleaning the kitchens at the end of the day as well as being responsible for cleaning equipment throughout the day
Occasional work on Packaging and distribution as well.
