Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive) ;
All point of sale is engaging for the customer and enhances their retail experience
Ensure all point of sale is legally compliant and that all messages are clear for the customer to understand and consistent with Morrisons core branding
Support and develop a team of flexible resource, ensuring you build a good working environment and continued professional development
Build a best in class retail marketing team
Monitor team performance and delivery
Work closely with the retail team, design and trade planning team to ensure activity is delivered on time and to brief and to budget
Work with the other Marketing Manager to ensure a consistent work load across the team and consistency on all point of sale across supplier funded, price, promotion, local, events, wholesale etc

Maintain key relationships with Trade Planning to ensure sufficient and effective support aligns with our trade plan
Working closely with finance to proactively forecast spend and balance budgets
Monitor agency performance and delivery
Deliver efficiency improvements of printed material through testing different substrates and driving innovation
Requirements;
Experience of working in a fast paced marketing environment, preferably in grocery retail
Team and Budget management
Brand Campaign Management
Organised and able to manage numerous projects and campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management / print production system and experience of working with printers and in printed material
Exposure to working with creative agencies and giving constructive creative feedback
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with lots of change
Resilience to keep the core brief intact and create the right answer for the business when dealing with multiple stakeholders, opinions and requests.
