As a PMO Planner, you’ll be at the heart of supporting the Programme including the Project Manager, Programme Director and Project Leads to ensure the integrated plan for the Programme is maintained and aligned.
You’ll be making sure all key and critical governance activities are completed in line with constructs agreed by the Programme. This includes hands-on maintenance of the plans, creation of detailed reporting, collating performance and maintaining financial tracking.
You’ll have a strong track-record of PMO Planning in a change/technology environment, including successful project delivery across multiple projects of varying scale, size and complexity.
This should include experience of:
You’ll have the communication and influencing skills to manage relationships with both colleagues and external contacts. You’re likely to have a professional qualification such as PMI.
