About the Role

The In-house Talent Acquisition team are currently recruiting for a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Handforth. Helping to support a team of 4 Coordinators who manage our retail and grooming positions across the country you will be the administrative support for the team. The role will require you to think on your feet, and you must be able to manage your own workload. Organisation in this role is crucial, and you must have administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Shortlisting suitable candidates
  • Qualifying candidates for roles
  • Confirming work trial dates with stores and diarising
  • Confirming interview confirmations, and ensuring candidates and stores have all the relevant information prior to the interview
  • Declining candidates after shortlisting or after interviewing, ensuring that the candidate always has a positive experience within their Pets at Home Journey
  • Adding new vacancies to our ATS (Success Factors) and confirming all details are correct, such as hours and pay
  • Managing new vacancies using Microsoft Excel, and making the recruiter aware of the new vacancies
  • Updating Excel worksheets on a weekly basis
