Role & Responsibilities: Working as part of a small team to develop campaigns across multiple marketing channels, Supporting to create dynamic written, graphic, and video content, Participate in the development of digital marketing strategies and plans throughout the year, analysing/reporting audience information and demographics, and success of existing projectsProposing new ideas and concepts for social media content
Administrative duties including competitive analysis, keeping a record of marketing spend per department, editing/creating pdf forms, pulling reports from our systems etc.
Proofreading and uploading pre-written blog posts to our website
Assisting in the management of social media pages - replying to private messages, comments etc.
Creating marketing email campaign templates and sending out regular templated campaigns
Uploading, editing and refreshing job adverts
Liaising with a varied range of suppliers and agencies for example, ordering branded merchandise
Helping to organise prize draws, surveys, competitions and rewards externally and internally
Assisting with the organisation of open days, events and job fairs Skills: Organised Good administration skills IT skills Good communications skills Able to take initiative
