What are you going to do:
About the Job – Festival Staff
- Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up stall for festival
- Working under the instructions of an Event Manager
- Ensuring the event stall is clean and organized
- Adhering to event safety standards
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service
- Serving food and drinks
- Packing up equipment when the event is completed
About the Job – Kitchen Assistant
- Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients
- Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards
- Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment
- Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens
- Looking to learn and develop responsibility and grow with the company
