We are working closely with an international award-winning payment & specialist technology provider who are looking for a Graduate Java Software Engineer to join their team in London!


This role is working on their payments framework product which provides institutions with faster and more cost effective access to instant payments through an advanced and highly flexible payments specific platform which seamlessly integrates with core and back-office banking applications.

 

The role:


  • The Software Engineer is responsible for hands-on development of software applications, working at pace adhering to Kanban values to resolve high impact & challenging engineering problems while continuously raising quality standards.
  • Taking a role in product engineering, following TDD and BDD Processes
  • Writing quality code within established development standards and patterns


Skills/experience required:


  • A Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience of Java programming (either at University or personal projects)
  • Passionate about Technology
  • An interest in Fintech


Tech Stack:


  • Java11, Spring Boot, Akka, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, MongoDB


Package/Additional Info:


  • £30,000-£40,000 salary + discretionary bonus
