One Health Communications, a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end Media and Content services. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.
About The Role
To efficiently and creatively exceed our clients expectations of the media buying experience
We are looking for someone with both the right experience and the right personality to join our small but busy media buying team on a part time (3 days a week or equivalent hours) basis.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to the following
- Liaising with internal commercial team and clients for client briefs
- Planning media schedules, writing and presenting client proposals
- Researching the market and best possible solutions for clients
- Keeping abreast of new opportunities in the market so can provide the best client solutions
- Challenging clients/commercial team where appropriate
- Keeping media server up to date with latest rates/opportunities/information
- Liaising with third party creative agencies as necessary
- Keeping clients informed with all activity booked and make any recommendations for changes as necessary as the plan progresses and new opportunities/any problems arise
- Assisting the administration team if necessary
- Understanding of the Dashboard and third party ad serving processes
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Confident communicator – both internally and externally.
- Be a good team player and willing to take on other responsibilities as required.
- Be able to prioritise and juggle various clients/tasks at once
- Good attention to detail
Requirements
- Essential competency Minimum 2 years relevant media planner/buyer experience
- Experience of Healthcare market and ABPI code
- Experience of HCP media planning and buying
- Experience of working in a busy team
- Confidence both on the phone and on email – internally and externally (clients and publishers)
- Confidence working with Microsoft packages – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
