We’re hiring a User Experience Designer to join our growing team. We are a busy and high-regarded UX Design studio based in Oxford. We design intuitive interfaces and meaningful experiences for the web, mobile and emerging technologies.

We work with global organisations and early stage startups, giving us a nice variety of work, perfect to help us grow as designers and keep innovative.


We enjoy working with projects that make a positive contribution to society. We work with a variety of sectors, including healthcare and education.


The Work:


You’ll be working with a passionate and experienced team of UX designers on a variety of projects for clients from global organisations to early stage start-ups. Perfect opportunity to get a lot of practice and experience on UX processes and techniques.


Day-to-day tasks such as:


+ Preparing, running and analysing User Research, such as user interviews, usability testing and card-sorting

+ Preparing UX Reviews and Heuristic Evaluations

+ Creating Information architectures and mapping out user journeys

+ Creating wireframes and clickable prototypes of websites and mobile apps

+ Creating user interface designs for websites and mobile apps

+ Leading clients meetings and workshops. This is a client-facing position.


The ideal candidate:


+ You have a portfolio that demonstrates high quality UX design and a good design process

+ You have industry experience conducting user research, running workshops, creating user journeys, personas, prototypes and UI designs

+ You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You effectively communicate your design decisions and ideas. You're a good listener

+ You enjoy working in a self-organised manner

+ You enjoy working in a team and directly with clients

+ You are eager to keep learning and improving your skills and processes.

+ Coaching. You’ll be working alongside Mariana, our Managing Director, and alongside a team of experienced UX/UI designers.


Location:


We are predominantly a remote team based in Oxfordshire.

You must be able to attend regular in-person meetings in Oxford (at least once a week) and occasionally travel to client meetings in South-East England.


Working hours:

Our standard full-time working week is 35 hours. Our core working hours are 10am until 3pm, being flexible on either side.
