Job description

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist to join the team here to work either Part Time or Full Time. The role will be varied and also include administration tasks.

 

The role of the Rosemount Receptionist will be to provide and maintain a consistent and professional front of house image. This role is responsible for dealing with all visitors and ensuring all calls are answered and transferred in a timely manner.


You must have experience of working in the Financial Services industry.

 

Role Summary

·   Manage the reception area with a courteous, pleasant and professional presence, greeting and assisting all staff and visitors

·   Provide full Front of House services & office support duties

·   Welcome guests and clients, offering them tea/coffee/water

·   Answering all incoming calls and take messages where required

·   Ensure the meeting room and reception area are kept tidy at all times

·   Post duties, including arranging couriers and mail collection

·   Ensuring kitchen is kept tidy and stocked.

·   Any ad-hoc duties as required, ordering stationary. 

·  Support to administration team when required.

·   Maintaining databases and records – CRM.

·   Typing letters, dealing with client/provider correspondence.

·   Processing of Letters of Authority.


 

Qualifications/Experience Required

·   Excellent communication skills both written and oral

·   Good academic credentials

·   Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team

·   Excellent time management and organisational skills

·   Highly organised with an attention to detail

·   Previous experience essential in a reception/administrative role.

·   Adaptable and willing to support others if required.

·   Microsoft Office Skills

Salary negotiable, dependent on experience and number of days worked.


If part time we would be looking for Thursday and Friday and then any other week day.
