Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Project Delivery Manager for a 6 Month contract based remotely.

Purpose of the Role:

  • To deliver successful customer or business outcomes by providing subject matter expertise in a variety of capacities, in order to analyse, assess and deliver projects and change initiatives or regulatory changes affecting systems, processes, customer experience and proposition, specialising in Anti-Money Laundering.

As a Project Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally, making sure delivery is in line with the operational requirements and aligned to customer or business needs.

  • Working with stakeholders across the business to translate business requirements into functional designs, writing business requirements and business cases to create the appropriate documentation

  • Leading the analysis on how changes to the business operating model will impact existing procedures and drive recommendations on approach

  • Ensuring the successful deployment of changes to systems including providing business system support and managing communications

  • Focusing on AML related matters, you'll be managing key projects based on regulatory changes affecting systems, processes, customer experience and proposition. You'll manage complex stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, making sure that delivery remains in-line with operational, customer and business needs. We'll then look to you to translate business requirements into functional designs.

  • You'll be seen as a subject matter expert and consultant, enabling the design of architecture, business processes, tech and data solutions

What we require from the candidate:

  • To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience of working in AML and a strong knowledge of related regulations and procedures. We'll look for you to have a wide understanding of supply chain services governance, along with previous experience in a supply chain management leadership role.
  • Knowledge of operations such as process management and products technology governance
  • The ability to develop business and technical architectures
  • A background in project management methodologies and project documentation
  • Strong knowledge of business requirements and emerging supply chain thinking

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
