The role:
Starting off as a 360 consultant, the job will include both business development (sourcing new clients) and candidate sourcing. From there the consultant will act as the middleman between the candidate and client, on the way to making a placement!

The ideal candidate:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 from a top 30 University
- 1 year experience working in a fast-paced office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- 2 years+ experience in recruitment, account management, customer service or sales is desirable
