Welwyn & Hatfield office is now looking to recruit additional people to join our fabulous team of CAREGiver's who look after our older client's in their own homes within their community.
Home Instead prides itself on our fantastic team of CAREGivers, and they truly give their all to their clients, working within their own communities ensuring that the people who need support and assistance get the very best level of service possible.
There really is no rush with us, all of our client visits are for a minimum of one hour, so the CAREGivers have the opportunity to really support the client and develop a lasting relationship with the people they work with.
We look after people who reside in the following locations : Borehamwood, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Welham Green, Welwyn and Welwyn Garden City and surrounding villages, and are looking to recruit part-time staff who can travel within these area's.
It is essential that you have your own 'car', this is because we work in the community and travel between people's homes, and are not just travelling to one destination daily - This is non-negotiable.
Job Description
We are presently seeking people to join our evening and weekend team of CAREGivers.
We are happy to speak to people with or without previous experience of working in the Care Sector. We feel that peoples life experience is far more important than any specific academic qualifications, so don't be put off by your lack of immediate skills.
We offer all of our CAREGivers highly sought after award winning training that includes a mixture of e-learning modules and in-house workshops leading to a nationally recognised Certificate in Care. Qualifications
Dedication, reliability and common sense are the things that work for us.
We do require people who wish to work part-time and can offer us three evenings (minimum) per week and the same on alternate Saturdays and Sundays. If you are looking for additional hours then come and talk to us.
You must have a car - this is essential to travel between clients.
You must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Additional Information
All of our positions are part-time and we like our CAREGivers to have flexible working patterns that will require some evenings and shifts on a Saturday and Sunday on alternate week-ends. Tell us what you would like to do and we will try to work with you where we can.
All positions are subject to four references and successful DBS clearance.
All positions require the CAREGiver to have their own transport.
You will be expected to work in multiple locations on a daily basis.
Job offers are subject to successful completion of assessments.
