IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant

We currently have an opportunity for a IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our Delivery Team in London to be responsible for sourcing all the contract needs for our key clients.

The role:

You will be responsible for the delivery of contract vacancies for the clients by finding the best candidates on the market to match the client's vacancies. There is growth opportunity available to move into an Account Management role in the future.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Screening potential candidates for the roles with your client
• Conducting detailed telephone interviews with professional level candidates
• Coordinating the interview processes
• Negotiating salaries
• Continuously building your own database and maintaining relationships with candidates in your market
• Ongoing updating of our internal systems
• Managing and training delivery consultants in your team

Your profile:

• You have at least 6 months experience as an IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant/Resourcer. If not, at least 1 year in a telesales role.
• You’re an excellent communicator and have a strong drive to achieve success
• You’re able to build rapport effectively across a range of audiences
• You pay strong attention to details and are result driven
• You are energetic and curious by nature
• You’re fluent in English, any other additional language is a bonus.
