My client is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team and manage the full cycle of recruiting processes.
As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, adverting jobs online and designing employee referral programs.
The ideal candidate needs to come from a Healthcare industry and have an HR academic background along with the relevant experience in sourcing and interviewing.
Responsibilities
· Advertise jobs on social networks (LinkedIn), career pages
· Source candidates through online channels.
· Call candidates, send applications and update candidates on hiring process.
· Interview candidates, including face to face and phones.
· Reporting directly to the managers/HR manager to keep informed on open positions
· Answering candidates queries
· Carry out checks (DBS, NMC, GMC and references)
Requirements
· Previous experience working in the Healthcare industry as a Recruiter or a similar role
· DBS Certificate is essential
· Understanding the full process of recruitment
· 2 years of Recruiting experience
