Part-time Support Team Executives (Immediate Starts Available!) in London

We're currently looking for a driven, ambitious individual who is looking for an exciting opportunity within a fast growing fin-tech to join our Moneybox Support Team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain office based experience within financial services!

What are you going to do:

Job Brief

  • We are currently growing at a rapid pace with more and more people using Moneybox. To support this exciting growth, we’re looking for someone to join our Moneybox Support team to ensure that Moneybox continues to be known for taking pride in supporting and delighting both existing and potential customers on a part-time basis. We want to go above and beyond wherever we can and ensure that using the service is a great experience.
 

What you’ll do

  • Interacting with current and potential customers through Intercom and phone to address any queries they have.
  • Interacting with the Operations and Compliance team to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Look for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy.

  • Working hours: You will be required to work 3 days of 7.5 hours (with 1 hour for lunch) between Friday-Tuesday. You will be required to select 3 days of your choice at least one month in advance which must include one weekend day. Shifts will be between 8am to 8pm (Weekend shifts will be 9am – 5:30pm only)

Experience and skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Degree educated or relevant work experience.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A ‘high-output do-er’ with a desire to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing start up environment.
