Our focus at the moment is on our ABT accredited professional nail technician course, landing sales and promoting the site via SEO, social media and ongoing referrals.

Requirements
This is an excellent time to be joining Beauty Tips as we are launching and pushing for growth.
We are looking for commission-hungry people, who have experience with social media and online platforms. Training for our live web-chat plugin is available, though it is expected that you will drive sales via a number of different sources including via your knowledge of social media, networking. An email marketing list may be provided once the targeted list is compiled, but representatives can take out adverts at their own expense if desired, though this is by no means an essential requirement.
Your daily duties as a Beauty Tips sales representative:
Engage proactively with social media, posting to your followers and encouraging sales via a range of platforms
Signing in to live chat (have it running in the background and check for live site visitors and prospects, we don't expect you to be staring at the screen constantly just make sure you have notifications set on)
Sell the benefits of our professional courses
Ensure that although discounts and promotions are offered to land sales, no undue pressure is applied
Use your self-motivated and positive nature to proactively seek feedback in pursuit of continuous improvement.
Contribute positively to the team and success of the company
Display company role model behaviours
Target prospects through your own initiative, or own adverts just don’t compete with our company name Beauty Tips.

Commission only, sales below minimum threshold (3 WEBSITE, not just your own, sales a month) commission to be negotiated according to break-even costs. We now cover all regions though assessment days will be held in northwest (Liverpool or Manchester).

Hi, thanks for your reply; the initial rate is for training in using the live chat facility on our website as outlined in the job description. We then pay commission ONLY, however our rate of commission is high assuming minimum targets are met, if targets aren’t met i.e. less than 3 total course sales a month then we will offer a smaller negotiated commission off the basis of our ‘break even’ the idea is to not lose money on sales.
The idea is you will be able to have the live chat function running in the background whilst you are doing other work for your other clients, and just pop on to check for live visitors occasionally, who you will then be able to initiate contact with and potentially land sales.
You can also get people to request more information etc and will get paid if they land in the future too, you can also use our own flyers, brochures etc or create your own to land sales if you feel yours would be better. We will be providing also an email list for a targeted email campaign, that you would be expected to send, although the wording of the email is up to you, whatever you think would land best. We have the following incentives below that can be offered to clients. Each month we will pay a commission, at the end of the month.
Each month is a trial to see if we can improve things and make things more effective. We acknowledge this type of work isn’t for everyone, however we also have an seo campaign which is improving traffic to the site, we are currently ranked on page 3 for beauty tips, and pages 4 and 5 for our other keyword terms with the idea of being page 1 for most terms within 2-3 months. We currently only get 30 user sessions a month and thats mostly from local seo searches and instagram originated traffic, however this should change soon, we will also be launching adwords and youtube campaigns once you are hired so traffic will increase.
The following incentives can be offered to potential customers:
You can offer up to 4 of these free with nail technician course; these courses are online only and are IPHM and RM-MATH accredited, the nail technician courses is a full nail technician course with everything taught excluding e-filing, and is ABT accredited and involves an in-person assessment unlike the other courses. Students can take all courses in their own time. You can also create your own creatives and use these in your marketing and sales activities. Discounts on courses can be offered but this comes from your commission where applicable.
