International Sales Coordinator in Chipping Norton

We are working with a forward-thinking and successful business located in West Oxfordshire who are looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a busy, fast-paced and exciting role in a well-established and growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with our customers and suppliers in the UK and internationally.
• Prepare and send quotations - Review project specifications - Read documents and decipher the requirements, and execute quotations based on this information
• Project Management - liaise with suppliers in regards to meeting contractual delivery dates, overseeing documentation requirements, being an intermediary between clients and manufacturers, and internally between departments.
• Manage specific customer accounts - Proactively build relationships with clients

We are looking for a motivated, driven and confident candidate with a background in sales and customer service.

If you have experience in an engineering, mechanical or oil & gas background this would be beneficial, but not essential.

Hours are 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 - 16:15 on a Friday.
