As a Research Consultant you will enjoy a diverse role, managing and delivering executive recruitment assignments; working closely with and supported by experienced consultants.
The research team is fundamental to the headhunting process and involves the comprehensive mapping out of target companies and identifying the most relevant individuals, before making an initial call to engage them in the executive search process.
There will be the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a range of market sectors, exposing you to all areas of commerce and industry.

Skills and Qualities:
This role would suit an individual who is a recent graduate or of graduate calibre with experience of working within a commercial environment. Full training will be provided, teaching you the most innovative search and research techniques. You will benefit from being exposed to a broad and diverse range of markets and disciplines and a generous remuneration package.
