Internal Sales Manager: Construction/Insulation: Heywood
Our client is one of the UK's leading distributors of insulation.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Manager to join their expanding team where you will identify and develop customer relations to maximise sales volumes and optimise product mix.
Key duties and responsibilities:
-Identifying all potential customers, markets and product applications
-Building on business relationships through customer communication to maximise favourable exposure of the company, its products and services
-Be accountable for maximising conversion to order as a result of a proactive response to customer contact, enquiries, tenders and requests for quotes
-Give feedback on marketing information concerning competitors and customers regarding project specifications, pricing, distribution, and delivery
-Providing customers with technical advice, support and training when required
What we look for in an Internal Sales Manager:
*Already based within the region
*Experience within the construction/insulation industry would be an advantage
*Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the energy and drive to move things forward to exceed sales targets
*Keen to learn and build a career
*Able to adopt a flexible and direct approach to workload
*Excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have an out-going, adaptable personality
* IT literate
