We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Operations Manager to join our current Operations Team here at Total People. The primary focus is to lead a small number of Managers who lead the operational delivery teams (clusters) to ensure successful outcomes and customer experience for our learners and employers.

As an Operations Manager you will have responsibility for the oversight, quality, client and financial management of our operational clusters including management of cluster managers and other colleagues where relevant including, monitoring of budgeted starts, in learning and achievers, identification of business growth opportunities and management of key clients / stakeholders.

You will need to be driven and dedicated to manage a busy and demanding workload and have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting our learners at the heart of everything you do. You will be driven and passionate about supporting large contracts on a local and national basis.

You will be able to build effective client relationships as well as the ability to network with wider colleagues within the LTE Group.

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to have a flexible and adaptable approach.

This role allows the flexibility to work remotely as well as from one of our Northwest and Greater Manchester sites. This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. Due to the nature of this post you must be willing to travel to various locations within northwest and greater Manchester, however as you have the opportunity to work remotely, we can consider applications from outside the Northwest and Greater Manchester region. There may in the future be a requirement to travel to other regions.
