Do you enjoy working with children and young people? Our role in residential childcare aims to support new parents and teens in challenging situations to live independently.
We are a small but rapidly growing team looking for hard-working and dedicated staff to work in a supportive environment. A majority of our residents are preparing for independent living as parents. Every day is different and you may be liaising with professionals or helping with job applications and finding local services.
Full training is provided with monthly staff meetings and various opportunities for job progression. As a support worker you will play a key role in helping our residents to develop essential life and parenting skills.
A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is desired but not essential, with some experience in a care or education background ideal. A valid Enhanced DBS Check will also be essential - this can be discussed at interview.
There are kitchen, bathroom and sleeping facilities at all units and parking nearby or onsite.
Our available shifts are:
A minimum of 3 shifts per week can be worked across the 7 days, with fixed shift patterns, zero hours and full-time contracts available.
