We're looking for experienced Digital Product Mangers that want to join us on our exciting journey to implementing a global digital transformation initiative. We've been given a unique opportunity to reinvent our technology, and build platforms from scratch, using leading edge technology. That means as a team we'll be owning and developing key products such as our new apps, checkouts, payments system, customer portals, 3D store planning software, order management systems, single customer view, in-store handheld terminals. For us to achieve our exciting growth plans we're significantly investing in our team and doubling the size of the engineering function in the next 12 months.

As with all Digital Product Manager you'll be at the forefront of transforming our products, so we'll need someone with a range of skills from inspiring stakeholders, to the more traditional elements too, so we're looking for someone who can:

  • You'll need experience of overseeing every step of the product lifecycle. That includes product ideation, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, product development, and product distribution.
  • You'll ultimately be empowered and responsible for the success of the squad and delivery of technology supported outcomes for the business so you'll need past experience of taking on this exciting role.
  • You'll need a good understanding of the wellness market, consumer behaviour and digital and multi-channel customer journeys.
  • We'll need you to be a strategic thinker and driven by customer insights.
  • At your core you'll be a problem solving helping us drive our ambitions growth plans.
  • You'll need to have an excellent understanding and experience in agile project management methodologies.
  • We'll need someone with a proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders and form a constructive and collaborative relationship.
The Person

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours

Product Management and Technical expertise:

  • We're looking for an expert so you'll need 3+ years of Product Manager experience or equivalent.
  • You'll have experience in development of product strategy and work though iterations, proven ability to work with MVP approach.
  • We'll need someone who's comfortable being fully accountable from inception to Product Launch.
  • It goes without saying you'll have a good understanding of technology.

Communication and leadership:

  • You'll have excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with various types of senior stakeholders from engineers to business leads to inspire colleagues about our future plans.
  • You'll have a demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • We'll need someone with great influencing, persuasion and presentation skills – able to interact with Business Unit Leaders, clearly communicate visions and influence as needed.
