We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Conference & Event Operations Managers to assist us with the management of our events that range from 200 – 8000 delegates.
• To ensure day-to-day delivery of catering services as advised to standards set within the business
• To ensure that you assist the Lead Operations Manager with customer satisfaction surveys and that appropriate action is taken as a result
• To identify people who excel in customer relations as part of your team and ensure that we reward them by a ‘Levy Legend’ nominations
