Our team of more than 8,000 clinical and support staff serve a diverse population of approximately one million people providing hospital and community services to the people of Brent, Ealing, Harrow and beyond.

We are an Emergency Surgical Unit commonly know as SAU. seeking to recruit staff nurses with an interest in surgical nursing and with a commitment to delivering a high standard and quality of evidence-based patient nursing care.

We look after patients from a variety of different surgical speacialities (General Surgery, Urology, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, Maxillo-facial & Vascular) so one day is never the same as the previous one.

We offer exciting opportunities for nurses to experience/enhance their pre & post operative surgery skills . support and professional development relevant to SAU is offered.

We will offer support and also development such as day surgery course, mentorship, preceptorship course and also we offer other development skills.


We are looking for enthusiastic and confident nurses with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.

This post holder must be able to demonstrate motivation , adaptability and adherence to the NMC Code of Conduct. applicants must be in possession of current NMC professional registration, with no practice restrictions.
