We are pleased to announce our next recruitment event. We are hosting this day to find some amazing Kitchen Sales Consultants and Survey and Planning Auditors, for our Liverpool, Chester and Warrington showrooms.

Date: Wednesday 8th September 2021

Time: Starting at 10.00am, arrive between 09.00am and 09:30am for registration.

Successful candidates will be individually interviewed from 14.00pm onwards.

About The Role
During this event you will find out more about the Kitchen Sales Consultant and Survey and Planning Auditor roles. Please see below key responsibilities for each role, with a link to find out further information:
 
Key responsibilities of the Kitchen Sales Consultant role:
 
  • Establish our customers' needs and wants and guide them through the design process using our purpose built 3D CAD software
  • Book customer appointments for home measures & design consultations
  • Confirm all details with customers prior to delivery and explain key documents to customers, so they are clear on what they are receiving as part of their purchase
  • Present multiple approved finance and payment methods
  • Adherence to compliance processes as directed by the Showroom Manager
  • Maintain a kitchen order bank to ensure customers are communicated with and deliveries are booked on time

Key responsibilities of the Survey and Planning Auditor role:
 
  • Conduct home surveys that ensure accurate measurements are used in the design process
  • Provide exceptional customer service in customers homes and the showroom
  • Reduce errors within the business
  • Ensure high quality plans by auditing designs in advance of delivery, providing feedback to relevant parties
  • Maintain safe showrooms by completing daily, weekly and periodical Health and Safety checks

About You
 
Ideal qualities for Kitchen Sales Consultants:
 
  • Kitchen design and/or retail sales experience is preferable but not essential
  • You'll be available to work 34 or 40 hours per week (including weekend working)
  • You’re customer-focused and prepared to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment
  • You have a creative mind with an eye for detail to create inspirational kitchen designs
  • You will be results-driven and have experience hitting or exceeding targets
 
Ideal qualities for a Survey and Planning Auditor:

  • A full manual driving licence is required for this role (transport is provided)
  • Previous experience of conducting home measures, using planner software is preferable but not essential
  • Knowledge of kitchen installation and legislation / compliance processes is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy checking with great communication skills
  • Be process-driven, with the ability to create and follow processes
