Multi Skilled Team Member - £10 per hour We are looking to recruit Multi-Skilled Team Members to come and join our one great team here at Butlin’s.
About the role:
No two days are likely to be the same and, in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn not just 1 new job but 2 or maybe even 3!

If you enjoy working with others and are ready to learn lots of new skills and If you are prepared to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and have some fun – we might have your next job waiting for you.
We’ll train you to become a Cleaner for our guest accommodation or in of our venues across resort.
Alongside this you can learn the skills to become a great Waiter/Waitress in one of our restaurants or bars.

Live in accommodation may be available to those candidates aged 18 years and over.
We pay £10 Per hour for the multi skilled role. 
You must be available to work on our intake days which are a Monday and Friday. A normal working day would be 9am until 5pm.

We’re looking for candidates that are confident to talk to and to assist our guests.
All these roles will require team to interact with our guests. In accommodation it may be a guest who is just arriving or preparing to vacate their accommodation.  In our restaurants and bars our guests will love to be served by someone who can comfortably start a conversation, maintain eye contact and talk to them as they are seated at their table, having their order taken or settling their bill.

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you have a ‘can do’ attitude. In all these areas it’s likely to be busy and even sometimes demanding.

We’re also looking for someone who has great attention to detail.
Our guests deserve their rooms to be clean and fault free every time and we know that this can only be successfully achieved if our team members know how to clean and will also look out for opportunities to add else that little extra bit of TLC.

We think our restaurants, guest accommodation and our bars at Butlin’s is something special and we know our guests love to keep returning to them as part of their holiday experience so the cherry on the top for the successful candidate is for them to be fun, keen to join in and work as part of a team, and is interested in ensuring our guests have a great time, every time
