Accommodation Help Desk Operator
Description of position
As an integral
part of the Accommodation team you will co-ordinate all housekeeping jobs for
the resort. As a Helpdesk Operator you will be
working in a fast-paced, high energy environment where you must be able to multitask and be calm under pressure.
The Helpdesk is made up of a small team who are required to work closely
with the Accommodation Head of Department and other Leaders within the
department to ensure housekeeping jobs are
prioritised and completed in a timely manner. You will be required to answer calls
and emails, giving excellent and professional customer service at all times.
The role requires issuing jobs which have been logged onto the system,
allocate, assign and communicate to the correct area within the Accommodation team
to ensure any areas of work are completed quickly, efficiently and within
allotted time frames.
Typical shift patterns:
hours vary between 9am to 9pm on a Monday & Friday and are typically 9am to
5pm on all other days including weekends.
Key responsibilities and duties include
• Maintaining high levels of communication between departments
• Inputting of all works to be carried out onto the Company databases (full training will be given)
• Input of data onto the maintenance system
• Will need to cover various shift patterns including some weekends
• Answering calls and allocating housekeeping jobs to the Accommodation teams
• General administration duties pertinent to the role
Requirements
The successful applicant should
• Have strong motivational, communication and people skills
• Proficient IT user to include Microsoft Office
• Be a committed team player including being flexible and enthusiastic
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate a positive and problem solving attitude
• Be confident to work on own initiative and as a part of a team
