We are looking for team members in our Splash Swimming Pool Cafe to delight our guests and deliver a memorable experience. Serving a range of Costa coffee, light bites and snacks, we will provide Barista training to Costa standards.
You will bring your passion for food to the role and become an expert on the menu sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with our guests. If you’re the kind of friendly and outgoing personality who can keep smiling even when things are getting a bit hectic, we can teach you the rest.
Working hours cover a variety of shifts between 7.30am and 5.30pm to include weekends.
The purpose of the role:
*Efficiently take food and drink orders
•Delivering food and drink in a professional manner to the guests.
•Check back with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems
•Communicate with customers to ensure any complaints are resolved satisfactorily
•Clear and relay tables and keep the restaurant areas looking pristine
•The role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working evenings and weekends and additional hours during our busiest times.
We are looking for candidates who:
•Are able to work flexible shifts including weekends
•Are passionate to deliver exceptional food quality and service, Barista training is desirable however full training will be provided.
•Strong communication skills
•Be a committed team player including being flexible and enthusiastic
•Have a problem solving attitude
