About The Role

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor to join our People Services team on a 3 month fixed term contract, based at Hilmore House in Bradford. 

 

You’ll play an integral role in supporting the delivery of Helpdesk services and you’ll be the first point of contact for people team queries. We are therefore looking for someone who can put the customer first in all aspects of their role, who has some experience working in an administrative HR role.

You’ll have the following responsibilities:

  •   Use a variety of systems to input, analyse and process people information accurately.
       

  •   Ensure accuracy of HR systems data through regular and scheduled data cleansing activities.
       

  •   Provide advice and support to the wider HR community on processes relating to HR systems.


  • Supporting all elements of colleague discount including, discount cards and online discount.
       

  •  Participate in projects, providing support for improving business processes and procedures.
       

  •  Suggest ideas for continuous improvement.
       


About You

You’ll ideally have the following skills and experience:

  •    Previous experience of operating in a people/HR/payroll department.
       

  •    Previous experience using Oracle HCM would be beneficial but not essential.
       

  •    Proficient in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
       

  •    Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels and areas of the business.
       

  •    The ability to deliver to deadlines and manage your own workload.
       

  •    Strong attention to detail.
       

  •    Basic knowledge of GDPR and good employee relations practices
