Part time Bar/ Hospitality Staff at the O2 in London

What are you going to do:

1. To provide an adequate level of drinks service in an efficient, polite & friendly manner.
2. Try to serve customers in the order that they came to the bar.
3. To follow correct monetary procedures ensuring that the correct change is given.
4. Record all wastage, mispours, refusals, complementary drinks etc. on the sheets provided.
5. Perform duties in good relation to the licensing laws.
6. Ensure that the bar is kept to an adequate level of cleanliness throughout the night (clean as you go).
7. Empty bins when full and reline.
8. Let the Bars Supervisors know of any stock shortages throughout the night and help restock where applicable.
9. Report any customer complaints to the Bars Supervisors, giving them a description of the problem.
10. Ensure that bar space and venue floor are clear of rubbish and glasses.
11. Ensure rubbish throughout the building is placed in the appropriate outside bins spilt in to glass / cardboard and general waste.
12. Ensure all stock is returned to the cellars / lockable cupboards.
13. Ensure the fridges are refilled correctly for the next shift.
14. Assist the supervisor in performing End Of Day stock counts.
15. Wait until you are told your shift had ended by the appropriate line manager
