What are you going to do:
- Ensure Service User's rights and responsibilities rights and responsibilities are upheld at all times
- Service users are supported in all aspects of social and domestic skills training
- Service users are supported in managing their finances and keeping appropriate records
- Appropriate leisure and other social activities are made available to service users in accordance with their needs and wishes
- Support and monitor service users use of prescribed medication and the keeping of appropriate records
- Appropriate communication with multi agency professionals, staff, relatives and advocates including the completion of records where necessary
- Service users are supported to hold regular service user's meetings
- Service users are supported where necessary to engagements such as hospital appointments etc
- The confidentiality of service user's personal information
- Each service user is treated as an individula and their human rights are respected
