Trainee Client Manager in Gravesend

What are you going to do:

Main duties include the following:

• Assist with business development and prospect/client engagement activities
• Onboard new clients and ensure that the relevant due diligence processes have been followed and completed
• Assist with managing a portfolio of clients
• Assist with ensuring that clients work is completed to the right standard
• Assist with monitoring client satisfaction levels, client complaints, attrition rates and follow up on resolutions if appropriate
• Undertake relevant accounts and tax-related tasks
• Other duties commensurate with the position

The ideal candidate will:

• have good communication, time management, and organisational skills
• be able to build rapport naturally and professionally with clients and external contacts
• be accurate and have high attention to detail
• be able to prioritise and manage a varied workload with minimal supervision
• be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook
• be able to utilise technology to manage workloads efficiently
• have knowledge of GDPR
• be interested in pursuing an Accountancy qualification (preferably)
