Salary: 

• Driving strategic programs across the engineering environments, including anticipating risks, resolving issues and drive solutions.

• Responsible for delivering large, complex cross functional programs
• Working with the Product Manager to define and deliver initiatives, developing new propositions and services,
• Acting as the key interface between Engineering and the business, delivering solutions developed by internal teams and 3^rd party suppliers
• Working with the Tech Org to formulate and progress the tech roadmap.
• Ensuring effective communication and alignment across the Business, Product and Tech Orgs

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles; technical program management, systems architecture, or system development.
• 3+ years of experience with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Strong personal impact, credible and influential up to Director level
• Collaborative and innovative, able to manage the demands of multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and networking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
