BAND 5 (SALARY £25,655 – £31,534)

FULL TIME / 37.5 HOURS

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual tojoin Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust in our Primary Care Network as a Community Staff Nurse.

 

The post will be part of MPFT planned care Community Nursing Directorate in Cannock North PCN Community Nursing team delivering care to patients in their own home.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and compassionate nurse to further enhance the high quality patient experience we offer in the community.

The successful applicant needs to have a commitment to providing care in patients’ own homes and residential homes, be able to work on their own initiative and work well within a team, demonstrating a wide-range of clinical skills.

Community services are admitting patients with a more complex acuity than ever before, with increasingly specialist treatment and care being provided by highly skilled staff. For the right applicant, training and development can be provided to meet the individualised needs of patients in our community.
