Clinical Nurse Specialist Cardiac Rehab - Band 6 - 37.5 hours (1.0 WTE)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) team. As one of the cardiac specialist nurses you will be involved in the day to day running of cardiac rehabilitation service. You will be involved in the assessment, planning and implementation of care for cardiac patients during the different phases of CR.
We are looking for a highly motivated nurse weekly with the both autonomously and as part of the cardiology multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. In return we can offer you continued professional development and support from the nursing and medical teams.
You should have a relevant cardiac post-registration qualification, ideally at Degree or Masters Level.
