We are pleased to announce our next recruitment event evening. We are hosting this to find some amazing Weekend Sales Advisors for our Plymouth Showroom.

About The Role

We are really pleased to announce our next Retail Recruitment evening in your area, dedicated to finding fantastic Weekend Sales Advisors!

Key responsibilities of a Weekend Sales Advisor:

  • Proactively approach customer as they enter the showroom or whilst they are browsing
  • Guide customers around the showroom. building a rapport at the same time and present our different kitchen ranges with enthusiasm whilst confidently talking about Wren Kitchens 
  • Welcome customers to our showroom, engage with them and deliver exceptional Wren service through their whole journey
  • Book customer appointments for home measures & design consultation
About You

Our showrooms are the best in the business, but ultimately, Wren is defined by its people.

We are looking for self-motivated high achievers who are passionate about looking after our customers.

  • You'll have a real passion for delivering the best customer service, creating a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers
  • You'll be a confidence and effective communicator with an eye for detail and design
  • Smart appearance with a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a sales or KPI led environment would be advantageous but enthusiasm to drive your own performance, personally succeed and exceed targets is essential
  •  Able to work 12 hours a week across both a Saturday and Sunday
