About The Role
Due to our continued success and our rapid expansion plans in 2021, we are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Trade department in the field. A Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the growth of trade business within their area.

The team behind Wren Kitchens have been an industry leader in kitchen manufacturing for both the UK and US markets for half a century and have now become the UKs fastest growing designer, manufacturer and retail of kitchens. We already have 100+ showrooms across the UK and US and plan to continue our expansion with many more.

What can you expect?

As a Contract Manager your primary responsibility will be growing trade business within your area. You will be focusing on developing relationships with new and existing Trade accounts and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the retail showroom team and our centrally based Trade department at our Head Office, The Nest. On a daily basis you will be engaging with clients such as Kitchen Installers, Property Developers, Landlords, and Home builders, supporting them throughout their Wren journey. You will be working to achieve a personal and team target aimed at generating new accounts, sales and deliveries. Being a member of the Contract Team will allow you to meet and work with several business areas and offers a fantastic opportunity for personal growth.

Main Responsibiities:

•    Meet and surpass sales/delivery targets with the growth of new and existing accounts
•    Generate new accounts within your area
•    Gather requirements for new projects through meeting with potential clients
•    Present project pricing to new and existing accounts
•    Develop relationships with existing accounts to ensure future sales/growth
•    Communicate with Contract Coordinators to ensure tender and planning accuracy
•    Maintain a kitchen order bank to ensure customers are communicated to and deliveries are booked in time
•    Attend site visits to ensure the progression of contract kitchens
•    Support the trade customer service and finance team for any outstanding customer queries
•    Identify opportunity for further growth within the trade team

About You
Who are we looking for?

•    Kitchen design experience is preferred
•    Experience in the trade or home build market
•    Experience in surpassing sales targets and meeting sales KPI’s
•    Comfortable working in a challenging, dynamic, fast paced environment
•    Strong organisation skills and ability to self prioritise
•    Strong communication skills both written and verbal
•    Flexible approach to working hours and practice
•    Ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail
•    GCSE level C or above in English and Maths
