We're looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic student to join our Student Lettings agency in Newcastle city centre.

About the role
We are currently seeking a confident, sales-focussed student to join our busy Lettings team in our Newcastle city centre office.
You'll be on the front-line of our agency, providing an exceptional experience to students and professionals looking to let a property with us.
You’ll spend some of your time in the office, dealing with landlords, clients and tenants in a friendly, professional and confident manner via email, over the phone and in person.
You’ll also spend a lot of time out and about around Newcastle, conducting viewings of properties and going the extra mile to create a buzz for people who are often renting a property for the first time.
You’ll be working to targets however our unique team-based approach ensures you’ll be working in a challenging but supportive environment.
As with any sales roles, you’ll always be identifying new business leads and opportunities and negotiating with potential purchasers.
There will also be some administration involved with your work, so you’ll be fully trained to use our industry-leading software and our tried-and-tested procedures.
You’ll be a confident, trustworthy, hardworking professional with a natural flair for delivering an exceptional service to customers.
We’d love for you to have some prior experience in the property industry but don’t worry if you haven’t as personality and cultural fit with the team is more important to us.
You must have a full, clean driving license. This is a non-negotiable requirement as you’ll be required to drive company cars when conducting viewings.

You must hold a full, clean driving licence as you'll often be out and about around Jesmond, Heaton and the City Centre conducting viewings.
You must be able to work every Wednesday (1pm - 6pm) and every Saturday (10am - 4pm). There will also be the opportunity to take on extra shifts.
