What are you going to do:

 

Administrator / Learning and Development Administrative Assistant who has good administration, organisational and time-management skills is required to provide administration support to a busy Team.

SALARY: £20,598 - £23,173 pro rata

LOCATION: Flexible location. Candidates can be based to the office closest to their home. Details to be discussed during the interview.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Learning and Development Administrative Assistantwho has good administration, organisational and time-management skills.

Working as the Administrator / Learning and Development Administrative Assistant you will support the Learning and Organisational Development Team with a range of administration tasks, which will allow the team to focus on their core duties.

As the Administrator / Learning and Development Administrative Assistant you will be extremely pro-active, customer focussed with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint). You will also have a high attention to detail and have excellent multi-tasking skills.

 

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Learning and Development Administrative Assistant include:
• Support the Team to deliver learning by providing administration support and using digital technology
• Produce handouts, documentation, guidelines etc to support learning design and delivery
• Provide advice and support on the use and functionality of the Learning Management System
• Support system training as required
• Support the Team to implement policies, processes and procedures relating to maintenance, update, upgrade, integration and development of the Learning Management System
• Deliver administration support to ensure that the services are supported to operate in a smooth, efficient manner
• Be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the Team, providing information on the range of Learning & Development interventions and signposting the enquirer appropriately

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL
• Administrative role within similar sized organisation, knowledge of event co-ordination and production of learning materials
• Demonstratable evidence of dealing with confidential issues sensitively and with total integrity
• Demonstratable experience of working in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices related to business administration
• Experience of current/innovative business communication or cloud sharing devices such as: Zoom, SharePoint, Prezi etc

DESIRABLE
• Experience within a Learning & Organisational Team
• Development of learning solutions using e-learning packages i.e. Articulate Storyline
• Administration and operation of Learning Management Systems
• Business Administrative, quality and/or financial qualification or equivalent work experience
• Eligibility to work in the UK
